Developing support plans based on positive risk-taking and choices made by the service user empowerment to gradually move forward on their journey to recovery by setting smart goals.

Championing recovery through building self-esteem and confidence by highlighting the day-to-day progress of the individual with regular reviews of set objectives.
Providing Pathways to Social Housing
in partnership and collaboration with Housing teams and housing Associations to ensure that housing needs are met as our service users make their transition to living independently in the community. We also provide benefit support to ensure that people who use our services are not deprived of their entitlements.
Creating Opportunities
By combating isolation, we organise activities that promote social interaction. We offer practical, emotional and social support as well as educational and employment opportunities. Our services are available short or long-term, from floating support to 24-hour care.

This service is intended for people aged 18 to 65 years old

We support both male and female service users.
Range of Needs Supported
Services are tailor made for each individual service user; therefore, we can support a wide range of needs including: learning disabilities/difficulties, communication problems, challenging behaviour, mental health, autism and other associated health issues.
Nursing Care
We do not provide nursing care.

Length of Care Provided
The service will be provided for any length of time required. There are no limits set, ensuring that services can be tailor made and appropriate care plans can be put in place with realistic time scales.

Our supported living service supports people with a diagnosed mental health condition, which can be anything from:
- Anxiety, panic and depression
- Drug and alcohol misuse
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Personality Disorder (PD)
- Phobias
- Schizophrenia
- Stress, Trauma and Depression
Our Community
Situated in the heart of Kingsbury and Kenton on the boundary of Brent, Harrow and supporting client within the West London Alliance (WLA). We promote social inclusion and provide opportunities for purposeful community involvement. Our service location provides convenient access to a wide range of community facilities including local shopping centres, markets, colleges, places of worship, and employment opportunities within the local community.
We are also located within close proximity to an excellent transport network of buses, tube and over ground. Our staff support the individual needs of residents in actively engaging with community-based activities, developing social networks and pursuit of personal interests.
We are committed to facilitating and promoting mental wellbeing, to allow our service users to return to independent living in the community. We help our service users to fulfil their aspirations, whilst providing the support they need to achieve this at their own pace and within a no stressful environment.

Our ethos is simple; to provide outstanding care in a relaxed and friendly environment. We have 5 fully furnished large rooms with:

En suite facilities include shared kitchen and living room facilities.

A large outdoor courtyard and back garden are used for activities.

Personalised care and support planning with dedicated key workers and life skills facilitators.

A safe environment that provides emotional support and assists with building life skills.

Coordinated programmes of therapeutic input and meaningful activities.

Community engagement, leisure, vocational and educational opportunities.
Our Tenants and their families and friends can trust that our person-centred approach to care ensures that they will be always have their privacy and dignity respected at all times and that they will be supported with thoughtfulness and kindness.
The living accommodation is provided over two floors of semi-detached houses. and includes a kitchen, sitting cum dining rooms, conservatory and beautiful gardens and a sitting area at the back.
The bed-sitting apartments are comfortable and well-equipped with TV points and Wi-Fi access. We encourage personalization of the apartments with items of furniture and treasured belongings.
