We provide bespoke training designed around your individual needs, which staff must complete before delivering your care . All staff have their own personal development plan and receive regular supervisions and appraisals from their line manager.

Becoming part of our care team

To work with Quality of Life Home Care as a home care assistant, it is essential that you have a genuine care for others, good communication skills, ability to understand what the role entails and to follow instructions. Care experience is useful but not always necessary as we provide full training. Having your own transport and flexible availability is also advantageous. We offer excellent rates, flexibility, training and all the support you need to fulfill your role.
